Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy Overview

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days from the date the items were shipped, ONLY with prior authorization from our Returns Department. Once you have been authorized to return items, you will receive an e-mail regarding your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. The RMA Number will need to be written on the outside of the shipping package when returned to:

Also, do NOT write your RMA Number on merchandise; if the number is on the merchandise it will be sent back to you. If items are returned without an RMA Number, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com does not refund shipping unless it is our error.

The items must be in the original packaging and the packaging cannot be cut or destroyed in any way. If items are received in a condition other than how they were shipped, the items will be returned back to you. We will send pre-paid shipping return labels ONLY if the return is a result of our error (sent wrong item, sent to wrong address/FFL dealer, duplicate order, etc.).

If you received a defective item, you will need to call the manufacturer of the product directly to get a replacement; most products carry a manufacturer warranty. Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com does not handle warranties on products we don’t manufacture.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the return being delivered to our location. Once issued, you will be sent an e-mail notification of the refund. It may take several days or longer for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (See “Restocking Fees”). The Returns Department can be reached at 1-8777-GUNFUN (877-748-6386).

Items that are Not Returnable
Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com does not accept returns on the following items (this list is not all-inclusive):

Hearing Protection
Clothing (hats, t-shirts, polo’s, jackets, gloves, etc.)
Non-Electronic Game Calls
Sight Installation Tools
Exchanges
Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com does not offer swaps, exchanges or replacements on items. If you wish, a Customer Support Team Member may assist you in placing a new order for the correct merchandise before you receive your refund for the incorrect merchandise.

Canceling Orders/Cancellation Fees
Orders can be canceled by a Customer Support Team Member over the phone at 1-8777-GUNFUN (877-748-6386).

Email/fax requests to cancel orders will be honored ONLY if the following information is provided: the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used on the order and the complete billing and shipping addresses.

No cancellation fees will be applied if the item(s) being canceled are on backorder.

There will be a 15% cancellation fee on all canceled orders that are currently processing or that have been shipped.

Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.

Order Processing
Order placed Sunday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping
We reserve the right to ship orders through the carrier of our choice, USPS or FedEX. The purchaser may choose to have your order shipped faster at your expense. Shipping is calculated based on your order’s weight.

All in-stock items will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days from when your order ships, depending on your location.

For backorder and not in-stock items: Your items will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days, after the item ships.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. The e-mail will include basic information such as the ship-to address and a tracking / confirmation number.

Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable e-mails nor is Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com responsible for errors, omissions, mistyped, or misspelled e-mail addresses.

We reserve the right to break-up any order and send partial shipments based on product availability. Split shipments will not incur additional shipping charges if we initiate the split. If the customer requests that an order is split, additional shipping fees may be added to the order.

Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com is not responsible for shipping delays as a result of weather or other events beyond our control (such as holiday shipping rushes, etc.). Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com is unable to guarantee delivery of an order by a certain date or time. Please note that errors or omissions in the Shipping Address supplied to Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com may result in shipping delays and Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com is not responsible for such errors or the resulting delays that may occur.

Discounts
Discounts will not be applied on items after the order has been placed. Discounts must be applied while placing the order.

Billing
The charge appears on your credit card statement as “GUNFUN.COM”. Your credit card statement will reflect an authorization for the amount of your purchase after your order has been placed. An authorization validates your credit card’s status and your credit account’s in good standing. The actual charge will not appear on your statement until your order ships from our warehouse.

If you order using a debit/check card, the authorization will put a hold or freeze on that amount until your card is actually charged. If you have any questions regarding authorizations or charges, please contact the institution that issued your credit card. We CANNOT remove authorizations from your card. If your bank needs information/approval from Graphic Publishing, Inc / gunfun.com to remove authorizations, you may call 1-8777-GUNFUN (877-748-6386) and provide our Customer Support Team with a telephone number to your bank’s Customer Service/Authorization Removal Department along with your card number, expiration date, and CVS code (last 3 digits on back of card; AMEX: 4 digits above card number on front of card).
